Welcome to our online store. By placing an order on this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Orders

• All orders must be placed with at least 24 hours’ notice. We do not accept same-day orders.
• For orders of more than 5 large desserts, please contact us in advance through the Contact section or by email.
• All orders are subject to availability. Our menu may vary depending on the season or high demand.
• During special dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc., stock is limited, and we will stop taking orders once our production capacity is full. We highly recommend placing your order as early as possible.

Deliveries

• Free delivery within Cabo San Lucas.
• Deliveries to San José del Cabo have an additional fee of $300 MXN.
• Delivery hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• We will send you a text message 30 minutes before your order is dispatched. Please make sure your phone number is correct and that someone is available to receive it.
• If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address, the dessert will return to us and an additional fee will apply.

– You may choose to pick it up in person at a time previously agreed with us.

– Or request a second delivery, which will be charged at a quoted rate and must be paid upon delivery.

• We recommend scheduling your delivery for one day before your event or special occasion, as we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
• Orders are processed only after payment has been confirmed.

Invoicing

• If you need an invoice, you must request it at the time of placing your order, and provide complete tax information (RFC, legal name, address, and email).
• An additional 16% VAT will be charged for all invoiced orders.
• We do not issue invoices retroactively.

Discounts and promotions

• A 15% student discount applies only to large desserts.
• A 10% student discount applies to individual or small desserts.
• A valid student ID (digital or physical) is required at the time of purchase to apply the discount.
• Gift cards are not combinable with any other discounts or promotions.
• Discounts do not apply to seasonal or limited-edition items.

Changes and cancellations

• Once your order is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted.
• If you need to make changes to the delivery date, address, or other details, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed.

Product handling and storage

• Our products are handcrafted and must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.
• Because our desserts are delicate, we are not responsible for any damage after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage.
• Returns are not accepted due to change of mind after delivery.

General conditions

• By placing an order on this site, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
