Every bite, a sweet trip to France

Alumni of the prestigious Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon, France. Cheffe Annelis holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management, and a specialization in traditional French pastry. A few years ago she successfully completed her Master’s degree in Advanced French Pastry at the famed École Ducasse in Yssigneaux, France.

Annelis has cooked, baked and taught in renowned establishments in cities such as Bordeaux, Lyon, Tours and Berlin. She is currently in Baja California Sur, Mexico to take a break from her travels. However, she wishes to continue creating and cooking, this her new online project ¨PETIT MOON¨.

PETIT MOON is a concept of high end french gourmandises and pastries in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur. The design, creation and decoration of her desserts are based on the “savoir-faire” that Cheffe Annelis has acquired and mastered throughout her professional career and her momentary inspiration. That is why some of her created desserts do not have a specific time of existence, making it an ephemeral and exclusive experience for her beloved clients and community, the “Petitmooners” 🫶🏻.
