Cheffe Annelis holds a double Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management, and a specialization in traditional French pastry. A few years ago she successfully completed her Master's degree in Advanced French Pastry at the famed École Ducasse in Yssigneaux, France.
